Our privacy policy statement is as follows: This is the web site of Aquanauts Grenada Ltd. at We can be reached via e-mail For each visitor to our website, our web server recognizes no information regarding the e-mail address of the visitor nor any other information deemed to be personal. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what page and/or pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, email newsletter registration and/or site registrations. The information we collect is only used by Aquanauts Grenada and its affiliated agent Grenada Dive LLC to improve the content of our website, notify consumers about updates to our site, special promotions available to our valued customers and to distribute our electronic newsletter and printed collaterals. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please notify us by sending an e-mail to the above address and typing the word "REMOVE" in the subject line. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding their inquiry or their booking status. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The booking / reservation fee is non-refundable.

Upfront paid services for Diving; Snorkeling and Dive Course bookings:  

If cancelled 48 hours prior to trip departure / course start, a refund will be issued and a 10% cancellation processing fee will be charged. No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of trip departure / scheduled course start or for no shows. 

Accommodation Packages: if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 3 nights payment will be forfeited, regardless of the reav  son for cancellation. No shows, delayed arrivals or early check-out will not be refunded; regardless of the reason. Unused portions of hotel and/or package plans are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.  We recommend travel insurance.
